More freight trains between Cologne and Bologna

TX Logistik AG is increasing the number of trains on its intermodal connection between Cologne and Bologna. The route runs via the Gotthard axis, whose expansion was completed in 2020. Up to 34 loading units fit on one train. As of 9th July 2022, the number of round trips will increase from five to six per week.

Record Number of China-Europe Freight Trains

As of 6th May, the number of China-Europe freight trains originating in Xi’an reached 1,000 this year, 78 days earlier than the same period last year.
