Griffin Capital has acquired Quaker Sales and Distribution facility in Florida, US, for $59.6m. The single-story and 605,412ft² facility, which was acquired on behalf of Griffin Capital Essential Asset REIT, has been leased to PepsiCo’s subsidiary Quaker Sales and Distribution.
