To no surprise, the conference was jam packed with fantastic speakers including Don Hutson, Alex Sheen and Brian Holloway. Everyone enjoyed learning experiences, lunches and a reception back at headquarters.

The programme includes two months of technical skills training and an additional 2 months on-the job training at a partner hotel, restaurant or café. But by the end of the training, this same person hugged us all. I started enjoying taking part in conferences, workshops and anything social. I was encouraged by my trainer.
