These are some notes I wrote back in 2005 that I thought might be interesting here. Kaizen Events. Kaizen events (or whatever we want to call the traditional week-long activity): Can be a useful tool when used in the context of an overall plan. This is independent of whether it is done in a week-long intense event or not.
