Sainsbury’s begins electric cargo bike delivery trial in UK

As part of the trial, a fleet of five zero emission bikes from Sainsbury’s Streatham Common store in South London will deliver up to 100 orders per day to the local customers. The trial will enable to know whether delivery of groceries via electric cargo bike is an efficient way of supplying groceries to customers living in busy cities.
