Brewer Greene King has ordered 20 customised drays from Ryder in a continuation of the full-service lease deal agreed last year. The vehicles are 26-tonne six-by-two DAF CF rigids with Don-Bur bodies. They are customised to ensure that the cargo floor is at dray drivers’ waist height rather than at chest height. Greene King operates more than 100 vehicles from distribution centres at Bury St Edmunds, Abingdon and Nottingham.

Gregory distribution opens Heritage Centre

Modern Materials Handling’s Top 20 supply chain software suppliers in 2018

The adoption of supply chain management (SCM) software grew significantly in 2017, according to research firm Gartner , and the growth is reflected in the performance of the Top 20 vendors in the space.
