They dampen and absorb all those bumps in the road so that your car can travel as smoothly as possible. If you’re a transportation manager, you probably feel like you’ve been the shock absorber of your company’s supply chain and logistics operations, especially the past few years. What does that mean exactly? What actions can companies take to prevent their TMS from becoming a shock absorber?
