Andrew Kurpiel joined AmerCareRoyal in 2018 as the Sr. Director of Supply Chain. Andrew is responsible for Global Supply Chain Planning, including the management of supply and demand, and the leadership of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. During the last 4 years with AmerCareRoyal, Andrew has played a key role in designing the supply chain organization and implementing systems and processes that have enabled organic growth and the integration of newly acquired businesses. Prior to joining AmerCareRoyal, Andrew was the North America Supply Chain Planning Manager at Axalta Coating Systems and worked in progressive roles as a Project Manager and Black Belt. While at Axalta, Andrew served as the Change Management Leader for the North America SAP system implementation and supported the launch of Axalta’s supply chain planning system.

Bill Benton

Paul Benhamou

Located just outside Benco’s home office in Wilkes Barre, PA, Paul Benhamou has been with Benco for 6 years, overseeing both the Supply Chain team for the consumables side of the business, as well as the Returns department. Prior to working for Benco, Paul spent 12 years working for Xerox Corporation in various supply chain roles, starting out as a Buyer/ Inventory Analyst and finally in the role of Manager of Supply Chain and Fulfillment for the Communications and Marketing Services division of the company.
