Why Do You Do….What You Do?

I think anyone in business is used to be asked, “What do You do”? It’s often a difficult question for me to answer, because ‘what’ I do is very much influenced by ‘why’ I do it. If you haven’t watched the Simon Sinek Video ‘Start with Why’ I would recommend you do. So here’s a rather long answer to that question.
