RAIL REJECTION | Rail workers reject the proposed contract terms from the freight railroads.
It’s back to the negotiating table for the rail industry.
The Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employes Division (BMWED) members rejected the contract terms from the freight railroads this week.
If the two sides can not agree, approximately 26,000m workers who build and maintain the US tracks, bridges, buildings, and other structures will go on strike on November 14.

Farewell to falling diesel gas prices…
Diesel shot up 34 cents this week, bringing the national average to $5.224 a gallon.
Before this week, diesel prices had five weeks of declining prices, according to the Energy Information Administration.
