Russian Airline Volga Dnepr Group has once again shown their prowess in the transport of live animals. For this special freight project, two Southern White Rhinos from the Zoological Center Ramat Gan in the Israeli city of Tel Aviv were delivered safely to Russia. The Rhinos will reside at Rostov-on-Don Zoo, which is one of the largest in Russia and promotes a global program for the preservation of similar endangered animals.

A subsidiary company wholly owned by the NYK Group will erect 11 wind turbine units at their finished-car logistics terminal. The company, International Car Operators N.V. The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is adding phytosanitary requirements for certain fresh citrus imports from Colombia, which should allow importation of such fruits to resume, the agency announced. New regulations will be implemented Tuesday to mitigate pest threats to imports from Colombia of fresh sweet oranges, grapefruit, mandarin oranges, clementines and tangerines, APHIS said.
