What Support Do You Get From Your Technology Providers?

Have you purchased some type of technology in the past year to support your business? If so, then you probably know that customer service is not always at the top of most vendors’ minds once the sale has been made.

SONAR is different. We have built an incredible customer success team that is dedicated to helping users understand how to use the data so they can be better prepared for market shifts. This helps to ensure that teams are set up for success while getting the most value possible from the intelligence we provide.

SONAR itself is an amazing tool to help users see market trends, forecast for upcoming quarters and make more informed decisions, but we know that the true value is not just in the data itself, but also in understanding how to use it. That’s why customers are immediately welcomed by a dedicated Onboarding Specialist and Customer Success Manager upon signing a contract.

Our Onboarding Specialist team has a combined 20 years of experience in the transportation industry and a great wealth of knowledge around SONAR’s product offerings and data sets. Our onboarding process takes users step by step through the navigation of the platform, introduces them to data sets that they can use on a daily basis to be proactive in their business planning, and teaches them how to create their own custom dashboards. Once users are comfortable with the platform and have a good understanding of the data sets, they graduate out of onboarding and are re-introduced to their Customer Success Manager to support the partnership moving forward.

Our Customer Success team members all have years of experience in the transportation industry prior to working for SONAR. Being in the field and knowing the ins and outs of our customers’ daily lives enables us to share context and insights beyond just the data itself. Our team works closely with users throughout their contract terms to ensure they achieve the ROI that they hope for from the product, and this is largely made possible due to additional support from our team of Market Experts.

The Market Expert team consists of tenured experts across all aspects of freight management. Looking to learn more about what’s happening in the rail and intermodal world? We can help! Looking to grow your brokerage team in the next year? We can provide insights into the best way to do that as well. Think you might be overpaying on your RFP contracts? Our experts can help you analyze your lanes and decide the best course of action.

Whether you have been in the industry for 30 years or 30 minutes, SONAR is dedicated to making sure you are proficient in the platform itself, but the partnerships we build with our customers and the support system we provide to make sure they’re set up for success are what truly set us apart from other data providers.
