DIESEL PRICE HIKE | Could diesel prices be on the rise soon?

According to AAA, diesel prices are down 9.3% to $4.97 per gallon month over month. 

But… the prices could rise soon with Saudi Arabia and other OPEC+ members stating intentions to squeeze oil production.

GREEN AMMONIA | Canada and Germany partner up to decarbonize and provide green energy.

EverWind Fuels and E.ON plan to work together to create green ammonia. 

The Point Tupper facility in Port Hawkesbury is a multi-phase green hydrogen and ammonia production facility that utilizes green power from Nova Scotia and on-shore wind power. 

This partnership will significantly impact Canada and Germany’s decarbonization efforts.

Elon Musk predicted that the 500-mile range Tesla Semi Truck could ship out by the end of this year. 

Initially, the electric trucks were slated to ship in late 2023.

For 2.5 years, neither the rail companies nor the rail worker unions have been able to reach an agreement on a new labor agreement. 

Last week the Presidential Emergency Board (PEB) issued recommendations on how to resolve the contract negotiations. 

However, the Railroad Workers United (RWU) group feels disappointed in the results of the recommendations. 

If these parties can’t agree on the contract terms, the rail industry in the US could experience some significant disruptions.
