Automation-Friendly Pallet Provider to Show at LogiMAT

GreenCycle GmbH will be once again showcasing their pooling services of the Heilbronn Half Pallet (HHP) at LogiMAT 2018.
“Last year we were able to expand our pallet pool business internationally by convincing new clients of our Heilbronn Half Pallets. Several of our clients are dairies and even flour and sugar producers,” says Thomas Tappertzhofen, Head of the GreenCycle Pallet Pool.
The Heilbronn Half Pallet has been developed for production facilities requiring a high level of automation technology. It has been optimized for the use throughout the supply chain. Due to its great durability and robust construction, the HHP is even meeting requirements of a high-performance load carrier in permanent use. In addition, the Heilbronn Half Pallet is certified according to DIN 15159 published last year, complying with all the stringent quality standards for plastic half pallets.
The HHP is being offered in a closed pool circulation via GreenCycle GmbH. All the pallets are equipped with a passive RFID transponder and a unique serial number. Thus, inventories and ledgers are simplified while loss and breakage can be traced accordingly. This technology reduces costs and at the same time creates an additional value for all pool participants.
